The Committee on Economic Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt the draft law on amendments to the Law “On Lease of State and Communal Property” re lease relations and maintaining of the property on lease in the second hearing and in entirety

The bill (Reg. No. 2695) suggests amend the Law “On Lease of State and Communal Property”. The amendments are aimed at increasing the efficiency of state and communal property lease and at preventing its damage and loss, etc.

The current law suggests supplement the provisions according to which, in case of cancelling or termination of lease contract of integral (single) property complex of state enterprises and certain specific property, leased property is returned to the property owner according to the procedure established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
